Master painter Kenn Erroll Backhaus was born in 1951 Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
Kenn is a Master Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America and past President the Plein Air Painters of America. Kenn and his wife Debbie currently reside in Robesonia, Pennsylvania.
